Ao andar pelas ruas de minha cidade, percebi que as pessoas estão usando mais roupas pretas e estampas com caveiras acompanhadas de muitos acessórios brilhosos e chamativos. Isso me chamou bastante a atenção nos últimos dias, pois notei que as lojas também estão nessa vibe Glam rock: listras, faux fur e chapéus, além de cores escuras, predominam as vitrines. O Glam rock ou Glamour rock surgiu na Inglaterra no final da década de 60, porém ficou mainstream somente nos anos 70. O estilo foi marcado por seus trajes exóticos, cheios de brilhos, maquiagens, salto alto e paetês. A androginia, a rebeldia e a energia sexual também foram fundamentais na formação do estilo. Um dos maiores ícones do Glam rock é  Ziggy Stardust, personagem do cantor David Bowie no início da década de 70. E aí, vai se render às ruas e apostar no estilo Glam rock? Separei algumas imagens pra lá de inspiradoras para vocês despertarem a rebeldia que vive dentro de cada um, haha. Rebel, Rebel!

While walking on my city roads, I noted that people are wearing more black clothes and skull prints with bright and flashy accessories. This caught my attetion lately, because I noticed the stores are also on this Glam rock vibe: stripes, faux fur and hats, besides the dark colours, predominate the storefronts. The Glam rock or Glamour rock emerged on England in the late 60's, but became mainstream only in the 70s. The style was marked by its exotic costumes, full of brightness, make-up, high heels and sequins. The androgyny, rebelliousness and sexual energy also were very important in shaping the style. One of the greatest icons from the Glam rock is Ziggy Stardust, character of British singer David Bowie in the early 70's. And then, would you bet on the Glam rock style? I selected some very inspiring images for you arose the rebelliouness that lives within each one, hahaha. Rebel, Rebel!

O inverno - estação mais fria e estilosa do ano - está chegando. E está mais que na hora de atualizar o guarda-roupa. Certo, fashionistas? São muitas as tendências para esse outono/inverno 2013. Com isso, tem muita gente meio perdida sobre o que apostar na estação. Pensando nisso, decidi fazer um post especial sobre as 5 principais tendências para esse outono/inverno 2013. Mais um manual resumido para fashionistas e antenados na moda, em geral. 

Winter - the most stylish and coldest season of the year - is coming. And it's high time we updated the wardrobe. Alright, fashionistas? There are some many winter trends this year. So, there are some people a bit lost about how and what to bet on this season. Thinking about it, I decided to make a special post about the 5 main autumn/winter trends of 2013. One more summarized handbook for fashionistas and fashion lovers, in general.

                        1. Jaqueta de couro - Leather Jacket 

Não necessariamente a peça de roupa (jaqueta), mas o couro  é uma das principais apostas para esse inverno. Ele pode vir em forma de jaquetas, calças, shorts, saias e, claro, as clássicas botas. E se você acha que ele deve ser só preto e marrom, está muito enganado: quanto mais estilizado, melhor. Spikes e cores (sim, couro colorido), como vermelho, rosa e laranja, deixam-o mais original.

Not only in jackets, but the leather is one of the main trends for this winter. It can be in the form of jackets, trousers, shorts, skirts and, of course, the classic boots. And if you think it can only be in black and brown tones, you're totally wrong: the more original, the better. Spikes and colours (yes, colourful leather), such as red, pink and orange, make it more unique.

                               2. Listras - Stripes

Não sei se você percebeu, mas as listras viraram as queridinhas de it-girls, fashionistas e celebs. Me refiro especialmente às calças. Mas, como não amá-las? Além de te deixarem mais alta e magra, por causa das listras verticais,  elas ainda são mega estilosas e combinam com qualquer look, seja casual ou chique. Ai, preciso de uma dessas urgentemente!

I don't know if you realized, but the stripes have become the favourite one of it-girls, fashionistas and celebs. I'm talking about the trousers especially. But, how not to love them? Besides making you thinner and taller, because of the vertical stripes, they are very fashionable and match with any outfit, even the simple ones. Oh Gosh, I need one immediately!

                            3. Ankle Boots/ Studded Boots

Acredite, mas estou namorando uma dessas faz tempo. Sou louca por botinhas e coturnos, e elas estão no topo da minha wishlist. Mas quem não quer uma studded boots? Elas são charmosas e cheias de atitude. Perfeitas para os dias de frio intenso - ainda mais no sul do país - típicos do inverno, né?

Believe me, I'm dating this boots a long time. I'm crazy about this ankle and studded boots, and they are on the top of my wishlist. But who doesn't want a studded boots? They're charming and have so much attitude. Perfects for the cold days of winter, right?
